I know what you mean. You should do what you enjoy best and not worry about anything else. I tend to find that if I don’t record the weight it starts to creep up again. When I read other blogs (such as yours) that show stones (and tens of stones) of weight loss, my little blog and goals seem insignificant, but I’ll keep track of the weight and vital statistics for now until that waist size comes down to something less than 34.
They say that you can read these charts;
If you turn this one on the side it looks like half of a Christmas Tree, so very shortly it predicts that you are likely to find a fairy on the top……

LOL.
I gave up recording my weight loss as I became obsessed with it.
Now I’m not recording it, I seem to be enjoying eating and riding more – though I do dread going on the scales
