Nothing to Report
I may have my jacket back but a trip to the scales (without the jacket) tells me that I have neither gained or lost weight this week, staying at 12st 2lb. With jelly and ice cream and a lack of cycling ahead next week may be a different story. That illusive 12st barrier still to be crossed…


Ah, worry not, I’m struggling to cross the 14 st barrier, frustrating when the first 2.5 stone pretty much fell off of their own accord. look at it this way. You aren’t getting any fatter, that’s a win in my book.

Thanks for the comment and the support. However after the weekend that I have had I fear the worst for the next weigh-in. But considering it’s still early in the year and the sunny evening rides are yet to come, the future is looking bright. Damn you jelly and ice cream (oh, and beer).

You guys must be loving this new warmer weather!
Its always a lot easier to shift the first bit of weight as you provide your body with new stimulus’s, thats why its important to not keep doing the same thing over and over. We always change our clients routines at set points according to their training experience. Keep it up!:-)
